Popped my only bottle this past weekend and wasn't dissapointed. Deep purple color, good brambly, plummy aromas but big, juicy, and flavorful in the mouth. Tannins are present but well integrated and there wasn't an overly abundant amount of gamey, fatty flavors that can sometimes be found in Syrah. This is a fruit-driven wine and at this stage of it's life, it definitely works.
