I just came across some bottles of 1962 Chateauneuf de Papp (sp?). Does it have any value?

one bottle with unknown provenance? No. What is the maker on it? The best advice is plan a nice dinner, pop it and have a backup wine ready to go.

Barnesy's asking first, how was it stored? If it's been kept in a wine storage area at about 55 F for the past forty years or so, then its chances of being drinkable improve. What you've listed id the type of wine. The producer makes a difference, because some produce more ageworthy wines than others, So, somewhere on the bottle is listed the winery name.
