I am planning a romantic evening and am trying out a new cajun shrimp recipe, need to know what types of wine go with what I am making.

Welcome, Rocketgirl. This recipe is a tough one to pair most wines with. Would go with a Champagne or sparkler. Try to find the Gruet "blanc de noir" or "blanc de blanc" from New Mexico...delicious for under $15.
