Very dark in the glass, not opaque. On opening some brett and earth scents emerge which quickly blew off. Dark fruit and pepper notes combine with a good mouth feel and a nice finish. Deep flavors, albeit one dimensional, make this a nice everyday wine. 13.5% Alc/vol. $9.99.

Popped another tonight, same notes. This is a nice everyday wine but my least favorite of the '99 Cline offerings.
