2008 Mas de Daumas Gassac, Blanc

Had with local oysters at Corrigans at Mayfair (great restaurant by the way). Lith and lean on the nose, slightly floral but not giving up much. On the palate, much more minerally, austere but crispy. Light on the flavour density but worked really well with the oysters!
