Had a glass with soft-shelled crab dish and lobster claw risotto with herbs at Zely and Ritz in Raleigh. Reticent nose. Pleasing on the palate. Somewhere between lemon and white grapefruit. Balanced. Probably not one to age. Again the vintage proably accounts for reduced acid. Good match to the lobster claw risotto.
