Pale yellow, reserved fruit and a hint of mineral on the nose. Delicate apples and pears on the palate with a nice, zippy acid that had a touch of steely mineral to it. Went very nicely with my wife's homemade noodles and chicken gravy type stuff.

This pinot blanc has quite a bit going on compared to most of its compatriots.
