We cracked this Riesling to pair with a green curry dish, but it didn't do what we wanted. This dryer wine was much more akin to a Sauvignon Blanc, with bracing acidity delivering lemon-lime citrus flavors and some green apple. It cut through the food, but didn't add the touch of sweetness we had sought to offset the hot and spicy flavors in the dish. 12% alc. We paid $14. Not a bad wine, just not what we had in mind. Would have gone much better with shellfish, raw oysters, or some such.
