2000 Rosemount Estate Traminer Riesling
50% of each grape. Tried this as an experiment but would not purchase again.
10.5% alcohol attractive gold color
Floral and spicy scents including white pepper. Taste: sort of reminds me of apple cider. Seems to have an unnatural sweetness (sugar added?) Served with lightly breaded fish, tossed salad and green beans. Had some resemblance to Gewurztraminer and some resemblance to Riesling but I didn't care for this particular combination.
