Color: amber gold with slight orange tinge
Nose: Pear syrup, honeysuckle
Taste: Ensuing sensations of honey, acid, quince, apricot and pear; intriguing flavors but doesn't seem to quite meld together; more focused the second night
Nice late harvest effort from Arrowood.
Not the best match for strawberry mini-tartlets--a light red wine with strawberry-
like flavors would have been better; Banfi
Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui or some French rose' perhaps.
