Opened this for me for lunch. This wine has nicely changed since the last time I tried it in the summer. The wine has settled down a little, nose is still floral and a bit honeyed. On the palate, it smooth and dense in flavours. Dry and crisp but a slightly lower acidity allows it to match the smooth texture. Great balance! Nice and very easy drinking.
