I would like some help picking a champagne for the new year celebration. What house? What Year? etc..I don't like wines that are terribly dry, and I'm looking for something in the middle price range.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for taking the time to read my request.

Nicholas Feuillatte and Montaudon are great values from little houses, both are NV.
The former is drier the latter is full bodied and toasty. NF makes a vintage rose as well. All three of these should be $20-$22.
