A bubbly before dinner of peasant stew. Very pale and sparkly, light as a feather, perfect as an aperatif, no after-taste. And only 11.5% alc/vol and $10.99 (Costco). Worth stashing a few away if you have rack cubbies that can accommodate the fat-arse bottles.
