Mumm Cuvee Blanc de Noir Champagne, N.V.

Had a glass of this rose' Champagne with brunch at Upstream Restaurant in Charlotte over Memorial Day weekend. Salmon color, plentiful streams of small bubbles in the Champagne flute--persisted throughout the meal but perhaps less plentiful toward the end. Strawberry notes on the palate along with some citrusy elements. Seems moderately on the dry side.
