Hi,

I've picked my wines for the dinner,
Chateau Menaut, Graves 2002 which is a sauvignon blanc and Don Miguel Gascon, Malbec Mendoza 2002. What I need help with now is....what would you all suggest for a nice sipping wine to have before dinner?

Good choices. The Graves (Blanc) has more than a splash of semillon in it too. As for what to sip beforehand scroll down to the Champagne thread and read all that has been said about Prosecco. It is available here in Maine too.
