Anne's putting together a wine tasting for her firm, pairing each course (SW fare) with a different wine, so we gave this a sample to see if it would fit into the tasting.

This was a bit disappointing, as it turned out to be more New World Chard-like than what we were expecting from the varietal. A crisp green apple and citrus entry turns over to a buttery, oaky finish. While it may appeal to some, I personally can't stand oakiness in my whites. Call it a personality quirk. Anyway, it ran $10. 12% alc.
