2005 Mont Marcal Rose Cava

Tasted at Midway Liquors yesterday. Wonderful Brut Rose Cava Reserva. Very dark salmon in color. Sparkling raspberry with a hint of sweetness, very dry with excellent mousse. This would pair very well with seafood appetizers. Didn't take serious notes but bought a few for the beach. 11.5% Alc/vol. $16. Imported by Classical Wines, Seattle, WA.
