Deep saturated purple. Nose of plums, thyme, a touch of flint. Good acidity; solid entry, with blackberry and tar on the palate. Lightweight tannins and some more acidity on the brief finish. 85% grenache, 15% cabernet sauvignon. Alcohol 13.5%. 88/88. $15.99 here in NYC.
