What wines should I serve with a Ceylon Fish Stew
that contains seafood and white fish, cumin, coriander, lemon grass, in a fish fume?

What should I serve with the Hors D'ouvres of
Daikon, radishes, fish cake?

Thanks for the suggestions

Hi Dale, and welcome to the Wine Board. With the fish stew recommend either a gewurztraminer or riesling from Alsace. You could have the same wine with the hors d'ouvres or you might go with a sauvignon blanc such as one from New Zealand.
