Wine with Lobster

Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc: I have been suggested to serve this wine with a lobster dinner. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm a beginner to say the least.

It would be fine, unless you will be using lots and lots of butter with it. In that case get an unwooded Chardonnay to go with it. That would be neutral with the butter, but an oaky one would ruin the lobster.
