Have been holding this in our house, fully cased in origional box. No idea if it is worth anything! Advise welcome!!! Written on bottle: "Casa Fvndada en 1857" "...solera 1889"

Probably not worth too much. The two phrases translate to "House founded in 1857" and "solera started 1889", and all that means is that the distillery was set up in 1857 and the sherry solera in 1889. The contents of your bottle aren't that old. You'll find that all the bottles most likely have those phrases. Portugeuse houses usually put the year they were founded on the label. Your bottle would go here for about US$35 to US$50.
