I'm hosting a casual wine tasting party Saturday, and everyone's bringing a different type of wine. What types of cheese and/or other types of food would enhance each particular wine?

Here's what will be brought:
Merlot
Pinot Noir
Cabernet Sauvignon
Petite Sirah
Zinfandel
Chardonnay
Riesling
Gewürztraminer
Sauvignon Blanc
a Dessert Wine

Hi,
At a party of this sorts, different hard cheese's (mainly Cheddars)and cubes of bread should be appropriate.
Always have a little bread to clean the palette when tasting a different wine to get the full taste of a new wine.
Chunks of Apples is also great with many wines!!
After you find the wine you like the best!!
