Emilio Lustau Amontillado ($10.99 NH Liquor Store). Amontillado is an off dry, but not very sweet Sheery, and this one from Lustau is a nice journeyman version. It has a lovely toasted nut aroma and upfront taste, not as strong as one would like mid-palate, and a fairly decent finish. Matched very well with a somewhat sharp Goat Gouda. Excellent value.
