2000 Ferreira

Hi,
I'm a thorough-going Port neophyte who was recently given a small bottle (.375ml) of Ferreira 2000 Port.
Can this be indulged in now, or must I delay gratification?
Also, is there anything else I should know about this particular port?

I haven't had that vintage, but the producer is top notch. Since it's only a small bottle--open it. If you really like it, get a BIG ONE!
