This 50% Malbec/Cab Sauv blend is from the union of Baron Rothschild and Catena. Paired with American Kobe beef bugers this was a match made in never-never land. I marinated the 1/2 lb patties in fresh squeezed garlic, low-sodium soy, worchester, and the above wine on each side for 1 hour. Grilled outside this was a terrific combo. My local pusher is remodling agin so is having a 25% off sale. This sucker at 15 will get my attention come Monday. Will likely become my new daily drinker 90?94. 14% 15 on sale. WW
