I have no personal experience with this wine, however my research says that Tommasi produces a decent Amarone

Keep the bottle in an upright position for about 48 to 36 hours before you plan on drinking it.

Decant it slowly watching for sediment and stop your pour when you see any showing up in the neck of the bottle.

The amount of time you let the wine breathe should be determined by its age. The younger the wine, the longer the breathing period.
