Question for Hotwine

I don't order wines on-line. #1 It's only recently become legal in Texas. And #2 the heat argues against shipment by common carriers (not that I really trust the local distributors to refrigerate their trucks). USPS still won't deliver wines, and last I heard UPS wouldn't either in this area.
