Hi Heavy, and welcome to the Wine Board. It is very important to know if the bar was in the house or in the basement. If it was in the house which would be heated up to 70 degrees F in the winter, and soar to 90 degrees in the summer, the wine is history. If the bar was in the basement you have a fighting chance tho not much of one. Recommend opening and drinking the reds as soon as possible, having something in reserve if it is an important event. The Soave is history regardless.
