salmon greek style

I have a recipe here for a modified recipe. It is 'Greek fried fish' with vinegar, oil, garlic, oregano. But salmon has replaced the typical Greek white fishes. Any thoughts how to pair this? I was thinking Sauvignon Blanc since it looks acidic.
