Interesting name. I remember reading years ago that "vinella" was a light wine made for the peasants by adding water to the dregs of the pressings and allowed to ferment again. This produces a cheap, inferior version of the better wines. Hope none of your potential customers have ties to folks in Italy that might remember this wine, because it may have negative connotations about your products.
