Assuming, as you say, they all have been cellared properly:

70 BV de Latour was from a quite good vintage and is purportedly drinking well now.

86 Rioja was from a decent vintage and should also still be good.

89 B&G Beaujolais was from a very good vintage but may be toast.

As with any recommendations for older wines, the above are based on theoretical ideals and should not be taken as gospel. If you plan on opening them to drink, make sure you have another wine in reserve, just in case.
