most memorable bottle of wine

There have been a few. Just a couple:

Bordeaux with escargot at La Forgot, a French restaurant in Nha Trang, with three other second balloons in Dec '67. Danged .45 in its shoulder holster kept bangin' my chest whenever I reached for the bottle.

Lafite with Chateaubriand at the Fig Tree on the San Antonio River Walk in Jul '75 while courting Debra. Met the week before, married in London three months later (Halloween).

Can't remember the vintage of either wine, but they were both spectacular.
