Most memorable occasion(s) would be Thanksgiving at Gramps' house, (KC's dad). Every year I would be allowed 1 glass of red wine with dinner, despite my mother's protests. (I believe that lasted until I was 15 when we relocated to Calif.)

Can't recall the most memorable bottle, but the wine from glenora keeps coming to mind. Dr. K Frank Reisling and Glenora Dry Reisling. First time I actually started being able to identify scents and flavors in wine. (Stickies are easy for me, wines, not so much.)
