Anyone notice...

I've been on a lot of other forums, some explode, others whittle away. Some of the one's that succeed do so because of the popularity of the product that they are for (i.e. ipod), but other are due to hard work. I can think of one that exploded out of nowhere and became rather large in a short period of time, that being [url=http://www.audiworld.com,]www.audiworld.com,[/url] which grew out of a personal page site about a person's car.

Perhaps it would be a worthwhile to "benchmark"what other forums do to succeed. I know that for example, Audiworld stuck "business cards" on audi's all over the country wherever volunteers could be found. Perhaps there are other things we could do for the site. Perhaps station people outside of major wine events or festivals. You guys have a great URL, it sticks in people's mind. What a great advantage to start with.
