Hi there WineGal and welcome to the board. In your and our countries, wineries are regulated out the kazoo and have to have a license to even start brewing. If you want to impress your guests with your lable on a wine, Windsor Wineries in Sonoma make some fairly decent juice at the price and will even put Buckos' name on the label. Good Luck WW.
