First of all, it will be a year or two before the 1999 Tuscan wines start appearing in stores here or there. In the meantime, you can visit wine stores in your area and check out the wines in the Italian Wine area. Most wines from Tuscany, e.g. Chianti, have the name of the region on the bottle somewhere. As far as having it on the bottle prominently, there are varietally bottled wines with the region following the grape name you may be able to find. An example of these is: Sauvignon, Poggio Alle Gazze, Toscana, Marchese Lodovico. Don't expect you can find this specific wine, but it is the kind of label we're talking about here.
