If you had said do "some" reds get better with age rather than "all" reds, then the answer would have been "Yes". For instance, Robert Mondavi's Reserve Napa Cab would be better in 10 years, but the Robert Mondavi Woodbridge Cab - I don't think so. A lot depends on the vintage, the producer and the producer's specific product.
