Thanks both for the advice. Wine searcher has many of them--some still not listed. What's that mean? they're dead soldiers (like Louis Jardot Puligny Montrachet or Penfolds)? I should drink these fast?

Yup, I intend to drink them mostly (have alot of the 86 Montrose though). And will check tasting notes for when--hope they go back that far. This is my main delight/concern--when to start consuming these babies!
Was quite surprised that the 77 George de Latour (BV Vineyards-pvt. reserve) still had a few years left in it--bought a case of that 20 years ago in Ca. Strong life for a Californian, I'd say.
