Boy do I feel stupid...and old!!!

I tell ya, I'm walking around my school grounds today at 12:30, our grounds are 21 acres, and I roll off a 3" curb and sprain my right ankle. No problem, I walk it off and later drive to the Susquehanna river area for an appointment and then back home to Bel Air and at 6:30 my ankle's trying to tell me it's gonna explode! I'm in so much pain and feel stupid. Took 2 Aleve and iced it down...I'm such a wimp.
