Oregon Pinot Noir for the portobello chicken with cheese (or perhaps French Syrah or Rhone blend), CA Zinfandel or Aussie Cab-Shiraz blend for the steak terryaki, Gavi di Gavi, Pinot Grigio (best bet) or perhaps Verdicchio (all Italians) for the Scampi, and what else, Chianti for the pork roast....
