In this group was Carmens' last studio recording, " Sarah, dedicated to you ". Accompanied by the great Shirly Horn and her trio this tears the speakers outta' the walls. She rocks, she swings, she moans and groans, and she and Shirly seem joined at the hip. IMHO, one of the great McRae albums of all times. 18 incredible songs. From Poor Butterfly to Black Coffee it has grip. WW
