Playrd a 2nd "Diva" album this PM of Anita O'Day and like the 1st is a killer. Anita at her swinging zenith. Probably the least appreciated and most talented of the lady singers. Blessed with perfect pitch and a personality that busted male camorones at the time. No fluff from this lady. When on a first gig at a great Chicago gig the owner asked her to wear a low-cut revealing dress and she told hoim she'd be singing in a business suit. After a stand-off she prevailed and killed the gathering. Was able to sing faster more clearly than any one I've ever heard, she is indeed fan-fricken-fabulosios. WW
