Welcome, maybe if you had more than 1 glass you wouldn't be Grumpyman! ....boy do I crack myself up! Some wine shops carry modest to good selections of half bottles, 375ml, of wine but I've never seen the airline "split" size you seek offered retail except an occasional Sutter Home type wine you grab from a barrel at the check out and the selection and quality of those is limited. What I would suggest is to acquire some of those empty split bottles with the screw tops and dispense a 750ml bottling among several of the split bottles, ensure you fill them completely, reseal and store in the fridg. Void of additional oxygen, they will store nicely and allow you to consume a 750ml bottle slowly in a week or two and to purchase wines at reasonable costs and selections.
