Wine Splits?

Hello!!...Well I am very new to the wine scene but do enjoy a glass of wine at times. I enjoy pinot grigios and chardonays but enjoy just ONE glass when I have one. Can I buy wine in splits etc (like what you purchase on a plane?).If so, can you direct me to any merchant who may have a wide selection of choices?..
