For Breakfast: 3 ounces Champagne, 3 ounces Orange Juice (fresh is best) and a dash of Grande Marnier with a strawberry afixed to the rim of the flute, this drink is called a Mimosa. (Don't use your best Champagne, but don't use drek either.)

For chocolate I think IK has hit the nail on the head, he's right-on.
