WEC, most people that came were novices like myself that know some to very little about wine. So they were all told to do a bit of research and they were asked to pick the wine that they wanted to defend. This put some personal stake in the contest. The 95 Dom was still very nice but there have been better. I have been told that the 96's are very nice but have no personal experience to back that up with.
