Hi, Kathyp, I would suggest a Syrah/Shiraz for the lamb and Pinot Noir for the salmon. I particularly like Australian Shiraz with lamb as many have hints of mint/eucalyptus flavors. Let us know if you have cost limits for the wine as this board can recommend specific tasty wines. A lot of wine has been drunk around here!
