I'd try some inexpensive Rieslings. Look for the word Kabinett on a German Riesling, and spend a solid $10, the $6 ones won't be as good. One nice one from the U.S. is "St. M" Riesling...

Also you could try a Sauvignon Blanc for another white that is very fruity, but a good deal less sweet than your Moscato. Nobilo makes a good one, and Kenwood's is nice as well.

Your Moscato D'Asti is a nice wine. My favorite for the buck is called "Bricco Riella"
