wineguruchgo, I've been humbled by your response. Thanks for the info, it was a lot more than I expected, enticing rather than daunting. I've been reading a few things online, and picked up a couple of books. I'm actually going to a wine tasting this friday, and thanks to your help will at least have a foundation knowledge. I'd raise my glass in appreciation, but I doubt you'd see it, its also 2 in the afternoon.
