Hi Rockygal and welcome to the board. Pinot is a very capricious grape that makes some of the best wines in the world and some of the worst. There are some nice inexpensive Pinots out there to cut your palate on, among which are Villa Mt. Eden and Sanford. Good luck opn your wine journey and may you never hit a bump in the road. WW
